The students were excited to honor our veterans. Families proudly decorated their vehicles in the staging area, while the veterans sat inside waiting for the parade to begin. A salute to the school and staff for having the Annual Veterans Day drive through parade on November 11th, which ended with the Veteran’s getting coffee, donuts and a certificate thanking them for their service. A “thank you” to the Linwood Fire Department and to the family members who participated. Hearing the Marine Corps Hym being played added a nice touch to the event.
